Responsible for contributing to the operational performance and reporting of activities within the Residential Services Operations Team. This includes dashboard and operational reporting to establish cross-functional impact across service lines while meeting the needs of the business unit. Under guidance of the Director of Operations, monitors documentation and data associated with revenue and expense. Conducts data-driven analysis to gather insights and inform decision-makers of impacts associated with expense, operational costs, job costing, and labor/utilization trends. Performs operations administrative functions that ensure all revenue, expense data, and documentation is captured timely and accurately. Assures adherence to minimum profitability thresholds for each service activity and recommends/prescribes corrective action where patterns of deficiency or inefficacy emerge. Contributes to departmental growth by ensuring that each team member is accurately compensated and that all hours worked are accounted for during the applicable workweek.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Residential will serve under the direction of the Director of Marketing as a marketing program lead for the Residential Division, including its consumer, international, large accounts, and government sectors. The Senior Marketing Manager will assist in the development of a marketing strategy that generates leads and brand awareness goals, nurtures customers and accounts, and develops presentation materials for opportunities. The role will do this by helping to develop and adjust strategy and by creating and implementing marketing campaigns and managing associated marketing tactics and budget needed to achieve goals. The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketing management, including management of campaign documents, collateral and content creation and brand alignment across multiple platforms, including digital and offline. The role will track and analyze campaign performance data against KPIs and success metrics to determine ROI.
