Conducts a variety of clerical and administrative functions for the company’s regional office located in Gaithersburg, MD. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, prepares routine and customized correspondence that may include letters, memoranda, and reports. Oversees timesheet submissions, preparation of correspondence, and assists with Human Resources related questions; supports the sales team with preparation of documents and presentation materials. Position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and outside clients.
The Accounting Specialist will perform invoicing, commission calculations, contractor payment, 3rd party invoice payment and month end reconciliation. May support general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.
Pay $19-24.00 hourly

The IT Security Analyst oversees the enterprise security posture through active monitoring and management of security related systems and third-party security vendors, as well as execute the enterprise security stance through policy, analysis and training processes. Secondary tasks will include participating in the selection of appropriate security solutions, and enable execution of vulnerability audits and assessments. The IT Security Analyst will work closely with the DevOps, NetOps and PMO teams and with business unit stakeholders to positively enforce the corporate security vision and to solicit their involvement in achieving higher levels of enterprise security through information sharing and co-operation. The position reports directly to the Director of Network Operations.

Pay: 85,000-115,000 salary
The Move Manager supervises the move coordination team and works with clients to organize the relevant information and schedule move activity. This position is responsible for the coordination and dissemination of all information as it pertains to staff moves.

The Business Intelligence Analyst interacts directly with the business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and projects. This position is responsible for analyzing business intelligence and reporting requirements, and producing a range of reports, scorecards, dashboards and other solutions. This role will create new reports and enhance existing ones using various business intelligence tools, through information available across various enterprise data sources, as well as the maintenance of existing services and deliverables related to reporting needs.
