Under the direction of the VP/GM, manages corporate and GSA move management activities and clients serviced by the organization and its affiliated companies. Position interacts with several internal service areas, including: Ops, Sales, Accounting, Contracts and Purchasing to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual, industry, client and government regulatory requirements. Position also interacts with accounts, transferees, and third party carriers.
The Technical Writer produces instruction manuals, SOP’s, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily. They also develop, gather, verify, and disseminate technical information among customers and designers. Reports directly to the Program Manager. Works with a variety of developers, technicians, business unit managers and support staff to develop technical or end user documentation, typically used for training and reference.

The Inside Sales Moving Consultant is responsible for responding to household goods moving service leads over the phone and via email. The Consultant will be supplied a combination of referrals through Company & internet leads and will receive commission based on signed move service contracts.

The analyst ensures proactive and immediate resolution of claims settlements, communications and correspondence with claimants, as well as subrogation against responsible parties.
