Directs the daily activities of the facilities department. Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, elevators, and security etc. Oversees contractors for facilities renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical, production floor arrangement, etc. The Facilities Manager receives authority from, and reports directly to, the Director of Safety and Compliance. The Facilities Manager position is responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance and service delivery objectives for the operations designated by the reporting authority. The responsibilities of the position include the application of company resources required to meet operational commitments. The Facilities Manager is accountable for delivering quality products and services to all JK units while adhering to set budgetary and profit target guidelines.
