The Operations Coordinator supports daily operational activities and dispatch coordination while performing administrative functions for moving and warehousing services. This role bridges communication between dispatch, operations crews, and management, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely reporting. Supports payroll processing and acts as a liaison between operations staff, accounting, and payroll.
· Minimum 2 years in operations support or administrative coordination
· Strong organizational and coordination abilities
· Experience in dispatch support and office administration
· Proficiency in scheduling software, dispatch systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Spreadsheets is a must)
· Effective communication and multitasking skills
· Problem-solving and customer service orientation
