Develops business partnerships to sell office moving and specialty services to clients.  Partnerships may include corporations, industrial entities, hospitals, museums, installations, etc.  A combination of company-generated leads and independent relationship building are key components.  Training, development, and mentorships with experiences professionals within the industry ensures success. 

• Identifies potential clients using advertising campaigns, mailing lists, telemarketing, and personal contacts.
• Solicits business from potential clients and promotes value of JKMS Services.
• Interviews clients to determine needs and resources.
• Provides clients with information on services, rates and plans.
• Presents proposals to secure business.
• Completes sales order tickets and submits completed tickets to support personnel for processing of client requested transaction.
• Coordinates delivery of services to clients with support and operations personnel.
• Reads status reports and performs calculations to monitor client accounts and verify transactions.
• Prepares various sales reports and other documentation.
• Develops and implements sales and/or marketing plans.
• Participates in Sales Team meetings and training opportunities.

• BA or BS in related field
• One to two years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and marketing communications
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
