Under the direction of the Customer Care Manager, provides operational support to the Customer Care Coordinators for residential domestic moves. The coordinator works as a liaison between the Sales Representative, Customer Care and Operations to ensure all aspects of the move are properly arranged and within our operational guidelines Position interacts with several service areas within the organization, including Dispatch, Operations, International, Claims, Sales, etc. to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.
Assists the Controller with the financial affairs of the organization and financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules. This position will also be involved with the company's financial plans and policies, as well as its accounting practices with focus on the integrity of company financial statements. The position involves supervision of the Accounts Receivable team and working hands on with other areas of Finance & Accounting. The Accounting Manager will also be involved with the budget process, implementing best practices, internal controls and working on various projects that will increase efficiencies. The position reports directly to the Controller/Assistant Controller. This is a succession position.
